We collect only what is required to deliver a ritual and process an offering: the rituals selected, any contact details you elect to provide, and the payment information handled by our payment provider. Client information is never sold, rented or shared with third parties.
Your information is used solely to schedule and perform the commissioned work, to issue confirmation and progress notices, and to satisfy the records required by law. It is never used for advertising or profiling.
Selections made in the guide and cart are stored locally in your own browser until you clear them. Commission and payment records are retained only for the period required by applicable accounting and tax obligations, and are then deleted.
All ritual matters are treated as strictly confidential. Client work is never referenced publicly, and no testimonials, names or case details are published.
You may request at any time a statement of the information we hold about you, its correction, or the deletion of any information we are not legally obliged to retain.
Magic Aura Sanctuary provides spiritual and ritual services. They are offered for personal, spiritual and reflective purposes and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. No specific worldly outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to commission a ritual. Rituals are performed for the client commissioning them and exclusively for lawful purposes.
Every ritual is offered at a single tier of $15,000. The offering is settled in full at the time of commission, via PayPal to the address shown in the private cart. Work commences once payment has cleared.
No receipt or invoice is issued for any offering, for your own protection and the highest standard of confidentiality. Confirmations are handled privately and informally, and no formal accounting document is generated or retained beyond what is strictly required by law.
Following payment you receive confirmation and an indication of the date on which the working begins. Most rituals are opened within seven days and run through a complete cycle lasting from several days to several weeks, according to the ritual commissioned.
Some clients notice mild, temporary effects — such as a slight headache, mild nausea or difficulty sleeping — in the first forty-eight hours after the working is opened. These sensations are a normal part of the magical process and usually pass without intervention. If you have a medical condition or are under professional care, you remain responsible for your own health and well-being throughout the work.
A commission may be cancelled for a full refund at any point before the working is opened. Once materials have been consecrated and the working has commenced, the offering is non-refundable, as the materials and hours have been irrevocably committed to your work.
We reserve the right to decline or return any commission at our sole discretion, with a full refund, including any request intended to cause harm to another person.
These policies may be updated from time to time. The terms in force at the moment your commission is placed are the terms that govern it.
