What a love binding is
A love binding spell is the deliberate sealing of a bond between two people, so that the affection, loyalty and presence of one is held fast to the other. Unlike work that merely draws attention, a binding secures what you have chosen: it holds the bond in place against interference, rivalry and the pull of third parties.
At this sanctuary a binding is precise work, not a blunt instrument. You specify the person by name, the nature of the relationship you require — romantic and exclusive, the reconciliation of a former bond, loyalty and fidelity — and whether marriage forms part of the intended outcome.
How long a binding holds
You define the term at commission: one year, five years, for life, or until you formally release the working at your own request. The binding is sealed accordingly, and the term is held for as long as you have specified — it does not lapse on its own.
Bindings are set for the term you choose rather than imposed indefinitely. Should your wishes change, the working can be formally released at your request.
How the binding is performed
You provide the full legal name of the person to be bound, a recent photograph of them, the nature of the relationship you require, the term for which the binding should hold, and whether marriage is part of the intended outcome. Any additional circumstances worth knowing can be set out in your own words.
Materials are then consecrated for your case alone, the working is opened on a suitable date, and it is carried through a complete cycle lasting from several days to several weeks. You are notified when the binding is opened and again when the cycle closes. All particulars are held in strict confidence.
What to expect afterwards
Response times vary by individual. Some clients observe a shift almost immediately after the ritual is commissioned; for others the indications emerge progressively, generally within three and a half months, in the relationship to which the work was directed.
In the first forty-eight hours after the working is opened you may notice mild, short-lived effects — a slight headache, mild nausea or some difficulty sleeping. This is a normal part of the magical process and typically passes on its own.
